Estimated Delivery Time and Carriers

Domestic Orders

All orders are shipped on the same or next day with an average delivery time of 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday) and 8 to 15 days for international orders.

International Orders 

All international orders are shipped via Passport Priority Duties and Taxes Paid in partnership with local carriers for delivery. We provide a personalized delivery estimate at checkout based on the current customs clearance and transit times for your location. You will be provided a tracking number with full visibility of the packages’ travel history from our warehouse in the U.S. to its final destination. 

What to Expect After You Order

We aim to provide a seamless experience from start to finish! Upon placing your order you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a second Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information on your order.

Need to Make Changes?

If for any reason you need to make a change to your order (address changes, order quantity, etc.), just contact our Customer Service team, we will be happy to help. We are generally only able to make changes within 1 hour of you completing the checkout of your order.
